chick with what you have been though hun i think you are a very stronge person and you have a lot of friends hun try not to suffer in silence im always here if you need me

going to make a appointment at docs as i cant take much more now

I really think thats a good idea hun he might give you something to calm your nerves they do help as well ive needed help off my doctor hun a few times when ive been really stressed

only reason why am going is i have a feeling my depression is come back coz i had thoughts last night

i have bn through it twice now so i know the signs just am so low ,,,, am stressed out with everything at home

then you do need abit of help hun its hard to get out of as well once you start feeling depressed after my hysterectomy went though hell was snappy crying all the time couldnt get myself out of it and i had bad thoughts hun but doctor put me on some tablets after a few months it lifted with what your going though chick you need a helping hand hun

thats all am doing is crying not had any sleep in two days as i cant sleep

make sure you tell the doctor chick if your anything like me when i saw my doctor i started crying as soon as i got in the room so he figured out that i was depressed but you need to tell him everything

he only has to open his mouth and i willl start

wish you lived round the corner hun im good at cheering people up even if im not trying to they laugh at me think its the things i come out with please let me know how you get on

i got billy who does that no matter how down i am he always gets a smile out of me






but i will let u know wot doctor says wen i see him
